Bitters Cocktail co. was founded by Jenna, our lead bartender. ​
Jenna has spent her entire career in the hospitality industry, beginning as a chef, honing her palate, and developing a deep knowledge of flavour profiles and pairings.​ She made the move behind the bar 9 years ago, where she found her new passion; crafting amazing cocktails. Throughout her career, she has managed restaurants, created countless cocktail menus, and led large teams to achieve high standards and consistency. It's no wonder the Bitter's team is so stacked with talented and professional people who love what they do!
